Textify SMS Pro ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, dashboard and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect

- Account details: your name, business name, email address, phone number and password when you register.
- Billing details: payment information processed through our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers).
- Contact lists: the phone numbers and any recipient names you upload in order to send messages.
- Message content: the text of the campaigns you create and send.
- Support communications: information you provide when you contact us.
Information collected automatically
- Log data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited.
- Usage data such as messages sent, delivery status and wallet activity.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service and deliver your messages.
- To process payments and manage your wallet and credits.
- To register and manage your Sender IDs with the networks and regulator.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To send you service notices, security alerts and (where permitted) product updates.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.
- To comply with legal, regulatory (including NCA) and network obligations.
3. Contact lists you upload
When you upload phone numbers and recipient details, you remain the owner and controller of that data. We process it only to deliver the messages you send and to provide reporting. We do not sell, rent, or use your contact lists to market our own or third parties' products. You confirm that you obtained this data lawfully and have consent to contact those recipients.
4. How we share information
We share personal data only as needed to run the Service:
- Mobile networks & messaging aggregators — to route and deliver your messages.
- Payment providers — to process top-ups (e.g. Mobile Money and card gateways).
- Service providers — hosting, analytics and support tools that help us operate, under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities — where required by law, court order, or a valid regulatory request.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Message and delivery records may be retained for a limited period for reporting and compliance, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting — to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable Ghanaian data-protection law, you may:

- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
